A richly atmospheric 2D platformer with parallax landscapes and stylized visuals. Loneage combines smooth animation, layered world-building, and emotionally-driven storytelling in a world left behind.
Loneage tells the story of a lone wanderer in a decaying, nature-infested world. The player journeys through lush ruins and high cliffs, discovering forgotten memories and facing remnants of the past.
The game features smooth character movement, hand-crafted animations, and multi-layer parallax backgrounds for depth and immersion. The aesthetic design prioritizes visual storytelling over dialogue, using lighting, color, and sound to guide emotion.
I developed this project in Godot 3.5 with a focus on parallax systems, shader-based lighting, and responsive input handling. Every scene is layered with animated elements and subtle environmental detail.
